The Cote des Neiges Black Community Association is a non-profit organization that aims to ensure that Black people of African decent, along with other cultural communities achieve their fullest social, economic, and intellectual potential within the Quebec society, by providing them with needed services and representation, as well as to help obliterate the stigma and stereotypical attitude of the wider society.
